INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL TOUCH SCREEN BOX-TYPE SINTERING FURNACE

The GWDL-XL series 1200-degree high-temperature furnace is shown in the figure, integrating the control system and the furnace chamber into one. 

The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight materials.


High-temperature alloy resistance wire (containing molybdenum, with the surface temperature of the furnace wire reaching up to 1400 degrees) or silicon

 carbide rods are adopted as heating elements. It is a specialized equipment specially developed for laboratories in colleges and universities,

 research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, analysis and production of ceramics, metallurgy, 

electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, 

non-metals and other chemical materials.


The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating work/stop button, voltage and current meters,

 and computer interface, so as to observe the working status of this system at any time. This product adopts reliable integrated circuits,

 has a good working environment, is anti-interference, and the temperature of the furnace shell is ≤45℃ at the highest temperature, 

which greatly improves the working environment. It is controlled by a microcomputer program. Programmable curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, 

temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, which is flexible, convenient and easy to operate.


Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃, no overshoot. Constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. It has a fast heating rate, with the fastest heating rate ≤45/min.


The furnace chamber material is all made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. It features a high operating temperature, 

low heat storage capacity, resistance to sudden heating and cooling, no cracking, no slag shedding, and excellent heat preservation 

performance (the energy-saving effect is over 60% of that of the old-fashioned electric furnace). The structure is reasonable, with double-layer furnace sleeves inside and out, 

and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test period.
